At Toxic Culture, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident in every purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
All tags and packaging are still intact
You have proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and limited release reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Worn or washed items
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll organise a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, we recommend requesting an exchange. Availability is subject to stock.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
